Sales Advisor Retention – Contact Centre

As a Sales Advisor (Retention) in our Dublin Contact Centre, you’ll connect our customers with a world of entertainment. You’ll take calls from customers and do everything you can to ensure they remain a valued Sky customer – whether they’d like to change their package or if they’re thinking about leaving us entirely. 

All in all, we want to help you to provide premium entertainment products to the right customers, in the right way. As a member of the Retention Team, you’ll help retain existing customers who are looking for more from their Sky package. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Working to meet daily and weekly sales targets

Using your listening and influencing skills in order to retain customers

Being supportive and attentive to understand customer issues 

Gaining a clear understanding of what’s important to each customer so that you can give them a tailored solution 

Being motivated by working as part of a great team

Doing the right thing for our customers

Who we’re looking for…

You don’t need to be an experienced sales professional, but you’ll definitely need to bring great customer service skills, ambition, plus a real passion to sell. Most importantly, you’ll show a real commitment to doing the very best for our customers. 

We’ll be there every step of the way

We want you to do well.  Your first few weeks will be spent learning the ropes during our comprehensive induction training. From here you’ll graduate to our “Academy”, applying what you’ve learnt with the support of a “buddy” when speaking to customers. In addition to this, you’ll receive on-going training to help you develop your career in the direction you want.
