We have a number of HRBP roles within the Business HR team for Customer Service Group (CSG). CSG is the ‘face’ of Sky for many of our customers. It includes operational areas such as service and sales contact centres, the engineers who install Sky and retail stores, as well as support functions such as change, strategy, quality and billing. As our business grows, CSG works hard to maintain the brilliant levels of service our customers expect, delivering our vision ‘to offer the best service in the country’.
These roles are permanent and are flexible on location within the UK. They report into either the Head of HR for Service Operations, or the Head of HR for Sales Operations.

Your key responsibilities
You’ll partner with the relevant Director on strategic people related activity to deliver business objectives and to make Sky a great place to work. You’ll act as a trusted partner, having a seat at the leadership table and providing insights to the specialist Centres of Excellence (COEs). You’ll lever relationships with the COEs to shape, deliver and embed people strategies within your business area and more broadly across CSG.
As a member of the CSG Business HR Team, you’ll help shape and drive the people plans, including:
- Design and execute strategic business chang
- Deliver people initiatives in support of people engagement
- Manage talent and succession
- Identify future skills requirements
- Identify requirements to enhance senior leadership capability
We’re a small team, so it’s important you’re able to work both alone and collaboratively, working closely with your peers in the CSG Business HR team and more broadly across Sky.
You’ll also have the commercial awareness to understand how great people decisions can drive tangible improvements in business performance.
