This small HR team based in Watermark delivers the coordination and documentation required for all business change whether via redundancy consultation, non-redundancy consultation (e.g. shift changes) and more recently planning and project management support for TUPEs and acquisitions.

Your key responsibilities

- Provide end to end support to business change projects from set up through to implementation. This includes supporting the planning process participating in weekly project calls, defining and delivering the requirements of the project and supporting with project related requests/queries.
- Support the CCT Project Lead to clarify project resource which will include liaising with other HR teams to gain information needed and resource confirmed for the project
- Co-ordinate requests to Team mailboxes ensuring activities are actioned within agreed SLAs 
- To provide a wide range of administrative support to change projects
- Co-ordination of monthly payroll and auditing
- Super user on all systems within HR (Sales Force, Restructure Tracker, HR HUB, Trello)
- Preparing updates for stakeholders as required on change projects/activities

Your Skills

- An advocate of change and able to demonstrate through day to day Sky behaviours
- A team player with a desire to cross skill and a willingness to work flexibly across all team processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Relationship building skills, experienced in stakeholder management and working with cross functional HR Teams
- Experience in an HR and or project environment 
- Highly organised, ability to prioritise, plan your own work and work at pace whilst supporting multiple change projects
- Good working knowledge of excel, mail merging in word and reporting 
- High levels of attention to detail
- A self - starter, able to generate ideas and open to support and feedback from peers
- Working knowledge of projects with practical experience in planning and analysis
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with good verbal and written communication skills
- Looks for support from peers when needed and takes on board direction and feedback from others
- Confident in attending and contributing to team meetings and project calls
