We have a fantastic opportunity for a Collections Analyst to join our Debt team. This role provides support to the billing of our customer base of millions within the key areas of billing, debt reduction, contact reduction and increased retention. The role will involve identifying and implementing ways to continuously improve our processes and service delivery, to maximise collections while minimising churn.

Purpose of the role and key responsibilities
As an Analyst working in the collections team you’ll need to produce accurate regular reporting in Excel and use this to flag and highlight bottle necks and issues that need resolving, so excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel, Access & PowerPoint is a must. The role isn’t just about numbers, dashboards and Management Information though, there is lots of contact with key stakeholders so it’s important you’re able to build relationships easily and be prepared to present and discuss your findings. 

Your skills
Strong problem solving skills and proven analytical skills
The ability to clearly communicate and share solutions 
Exceptional working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel, Access & PowerPoint 
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with experience of influencing key stakeholders 
Self-motivated and a proactive attitude with strong presentation skills 
Efficient time management including good prioritisation & organisational skills 
Experience of Billing and/or Collections processes within a similar organisation, would be highly beneficial

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00, 37.5 hours per week.
