The Reference Data Team manages the data in core operational systems. From creating new complex products, to supporting marketing campaigns.
As a Data Coordinator you will liaise directly with your stakeholders and take responsibility for progressing their requirements from analysis to deployment to the production systems.
You will analyze requests and determine the best way to support changes in the system, then coordinate, and implement the changes.
You will be expected to maintain your stakeholder’s expectations, feedback on any issues encountered, and provide potential solutions.

-Analysis and solution design.
-Provide Peer Review for colleagues within the Reference Data team.
-Design, contribute and publish communications required to support effective operation of the core applications.
-Implement the changes within the reference data supporting the core operation systems.
-Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to provide a solution focused service.
-Define test scenarios as required and liaise with designated
-Collate requirements in respect of change requests generated by the business and interpret those requirements to understand the change implications for reference data
-Knowledge or desire to learn SQL for use with large scale relational databases.
-Good Communication & Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
-A proactive and positive approach to the role. The role requires the individual to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
-Excellent Excel skills are essential & Access skills are advantageous.
-Energy and enthusiasm

-Excellent organisational and time management skills: ability to multitask and prioritise workload
