HR Services is part of HR Group Operations.  The team consists of HR Admin, People Plus, Employee Relations, Occupational Health and the Central Change team.

This role report into the HR Admin Manager and is based in Livingston, Scotland.

Your key responsibilities

You’ll provide high quality advice  and service within specified SLA’s which includes a broad range of HR transactional processes, complex case investigations including monthly and annual Payroll administration, Pension & Benefits administration and general queries.

  • Provide a high quality, professional, accurate and efficient service. Own, investigate and resolve queries on the full range of reward and benefits  work streams with the ability to step out into the wider HR Admin teams to support when needed

  • Work in partnership with 3rd parties to resolve and investigate queries owning the relationship with Sky employees and managers, ensuring expectations are managed with effective education & communication at all times

  • Providing 3rd parties with feedback to continuously improve the service delivered to our customers

  • Working on pension or payroll changes, ensuring that changes are timely, accurate, and  payroll deadlines are met.

  • You will administer cyclical reward processes including annual pay review, annual management bonus and group benefit renewal

  • Provide a professional, quality and efficient customer experience for our  employees

  • Work closely with Reward  Centre of Excellence and HR Services teams and 3rd parties to resolve queries and deliver our core responsibilities,  ad-hoc requirements, projects and changes

  • Support with any upskilling required and communication on reward and benefits related topics and changes to People+ to enable them to deliver a great advisory service to employees

Your skills

  • Experience of working in a fast paced HR Specialist administration team with knowledge of pension administration or payroll and/or  benefits administration

  • Experience of working on pension or payroll changes, ensuring that changes are timely, accurate, and  payroll deadlines are met

  • Experience of managing complex queries and/or high volumes of transactions

  • High quality MS Excel skills with the ability to collate and analyse data e.g using VLOOKUPS and pivot tables

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with key stakeholders including Payroll, Finance and 3rd party providers.
