As Scrum Master, you will utilise your Scrum / Agile / Development knowledge to develop, maintain and manage project plans. Used to working within an Agile methodology, you will take a hands-on approach to ensure every project is on track; ensuring every member of the team is working together. As Scrum Master you will also be responsible for working on the continuous improvement of our project delivery methods, organising regular scrum meetings to ensure that everyone is up to speed and projects are progressing to plan.


Responsibilities - 

  • Coordinating a diverse team of in-house developers in the design and delivery of projects
  • Applying Agile software development methodologies to deliver robust, well tested solutions
  • Developing effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Planning and ensuring the successful execution of development and reporting on project progress
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time
  • Ensure the team has everything it needs to do its job and remove any obstacles.

Requirements - 

  • Scrum experience is essential
  • Strong Project Management / Scrum Master experience
  • Keen interest in sport and the betting industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to lead as well as be willing to lead by example to get the job done
  • A strong team player, collaborates with others within and across teams
