Customer Sales Advisor – Call Centre


Permanent, Full-time

£14,625 - £15,000 per annum base (£22,000 per annum total average reward including incentives, free SkyQ, phone & broadband and a multitude of Sky perks)

As a Customer Sales Advisor in our Newcastle Call Centre, you’ll connect our customers with a world of entertainment. You’ll take calls from potential customers who are looking to set up a new subscription for one of our industry-leading products, as well as existing customers looking to upgrade. All in all, we want to help you to provide premium entertainment products to the right customers, in the right way.

Who we’re looking for…

You don’t need to be an experienced sales professional, but you’ll definitely need to bring great customer service skills, ambition, plus a real passion to sell. Most importantly, you’ll show a real commitment to doing the very best for our customers. 

We’ll be there every step of the way

We’ll train you on everything you need to know to make sure you’re fully prepared for your new role. That means a four-week training programme to get you started, followed by a three-week Academy to give you focussed support within the role. Once you’re in with your team there’ll be ongoing on-the-job training opportunities, and even the chance to become accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
